Great-Cake (Mini Cake Course)

This course teaches you all you need to know about the Caribbean rum cake known as Great-cake.

Great-cake is basically a cake seen mostly around Christmas time, made up of fruits and alcohol. 

 By taking this course you will have the pleasure to make the fruit mixture from scratch and bake with me (Mya) in this course. As well as, the knowledge of what makes a Great-cake great.
